End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you ("Licensee" or "User") and RoastMyHomework Inc. governing your installation and use of the RoastMyHomework software application.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, RoastMyHomework Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute the Application on personal mobile devices solely for your non-commercial educational personal use.
2. License Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the underlying AI prompt logic or source code of the Application.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Application.
- Use the software to spam, generate malicious content, or violate institution regulations.
3. Termination of License
This license is effective until terminated by you or RoastMyHomework Inc. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ROASTMYHOMEWORK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
